It has longterm antimicrobial purposes and is a sustainable green coating. It uses biocidal coating and is formulated with nano-TiO2 sol which prevents Escherichia Coli, MSRA, Pneumonia, Salmonella and other virus and bacteria.

Antimicrobial

Unlike typically biocidal coating such as MIT/CMIT, EXOCOAT AM performance differs. Doped with Nano Titanium oxide, EXOCOAT AM is able to render substrates onto its antiviral/antibacterial surface.

Following the photocatalytic effect of the coating, it produces effective radical formation which breaks down viruses and bacteria, concurrently preventing the build of it.

Breaks down viruses and bacteria

EXOCOAT AM has been tested according to international norms and is capable of eradicating viruses such as Influenza, SARS-COV-2, Dengue, Hepatitis, E. Coli, MSRA, Streptococcus, Pneumonia and Salmonella upon landing on an EXOCOAT AM coated surface.

Light Activation

EXOCOAT AM is activated by light. Its light source may come from artificial, indoor or outdoor day light.

Application and Storage

EXOCOAT AM has a shelf life of 9 months when stored in original container between 5-45°C, in dark condition.

  • High efficiency, prevent the growth of any microbes (Influenza, Listeria, MRSA, Ecoli, pseudomonas)
  • Quick drying under room temperature
  • Full cure:
    – Under UV light (0.5-1 mW for 1 week curing or 2 mW 48 hours or 40-50 mW for 30 mins)
    – Or heat treatment 400°C for 5 minutes maximum
  • Super hard particles (1 GPa Vickers)
  • No transportation (air, sea, highway and rail) danger exposure
